Can I arrange a redelivery for a specific time?

Yes definitely, please get hold of our Operations department on 011 974 8233/4/5/6 and we will gladly assist you.

Can I pick up my parcel from the depot?

Yes definitely, please contact us to make arrangements and we will advise you once your order is ready for collection.

What if I am unable to sign for my delivery?

Please contact us so we know who can sign for the order on your behalf.

What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?

For all deliveries within South Africa excluding Lesotho & Swaziland please contact operations on 011 974 8233/4/5/6 and they will gladly assist you.

For all deliveries around the world including Lesotho & Swaziland please contact our Import/Export department and they will gladly assist you.

How do I arrange a collection?

You can phone us, send us an email or even a WhatsApp – collections made simple.

How can I track my order?

Simply email or WhatsApp the word ‘Track’ with your waybill number and we get back to you with tracking information.

Are there any addresses that Next Day Couriers doesn’t deliver to?

We don’t deliver to PO Boxes & parcel lockers.

What items does Next Day Couriers not transport?

Can I ask that my order gets delivered at a specific time?

We will try our best but unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery at the exact time.

Can I send shipments internationally with Next Day Couriers?

Yes you can, please contact our Import/Export department on 011 974 8233/4/5/6 for more information.

How should my shipment be packaged?

We do not supply packaging so please ensure your shipment is correctly packaged into a box with sufficient inner packaging to avoid your shipment getting damaged in transit.

When will my order be collected?

Collections take place throughout the day.
